Franklin County Skill Boost

 

The Franklin County Commissioners voted to approve two new initiatives aimed at delivering assistance to small businesses and their employees who are suffering under the current public health restrictions.

The Franklin County Skill Boost is aimed at assisting individuals recently affected by employment shutdown due to the Corona Crisis and are experiencing financial challenges. 

 

To Qualify for the Franklin Skill Boost Initiative: 

  • You must be a resident of Franklin County

  • Unemployed, laid off, furloughed or terminated due to the COVID-19 Stay at Home order and are not working at this time

  • You must provide two pieces of ID and your last two paystubs

 

Applications will be reviewed on a first come – first serve basis.
