Virtual Hiring Events
The City of Columbus Department of Neighborhoods is hosting its Annual MBK Youth & Community Job Fair on May 13 and 14. This hiring event is open to the entire community, with a special focus on youth ages 15+ for summer youth employment opportunities. While MBK is primarily focused on boys and young men of color. We do not exclude females from participating in our programs. Be aware that all child labor laws and regulations do apply.
The virtual hiring event is presented by the City of Columbus Department of Neighborhoods, My Brother's Keeper, Franklin County Commissioners, Workforce Development Board of Central Ohio, and OhioMeansJobs Columbus-Franklin County.
Registration for this event will open Tuesday, May 4, 2021.

The virtual hiring event will take place Thursday, May 13, and Friday, May 14. You may register for the week of the event beginning Tuesday, May 4 at 8:00am at the link below. Participants will need to register for the event once it is available.
After registering, you will be able to access your profile to review your information and upload a resume through the add document feature. The link below will return you to the event log-in portal to review your profile and access the event once it goes live on Thursday (May 13). You can access the hiring event from 8:00am on Thursday through 11:59pm Friday. During the virtual hiring event, you can go through each booth, learn more about the company and apply for available positions.
Employers will be available to chat live with you from 9am-4pm every day of the event. This is your opportunity to ask them questions about their available positions and share information about your job experience.
