REAN Virtual Hiring Event
The Rickenbacker Employer Assistance Network (REAN) Virtual Hiring Event will take place Wednesday, August 4 beginning at 10am. REAN is a network of employers in the Rickenbacker area and organizations that provide resources to those employers. Mostly warehousing and distribution companies, many are focused on both e-commerce distribution operations and distributing products to brick and mortar stores. With over 80 million sq. ft. of warehouse space in the area, products include apparel, pharmaceuticals, electronics, equipment, and many different consumer goods.
The Virtual hiring event is presented by the Rickenbacker Employer Assistance Network, Workforce Development Board of Central Ohio, and OhioMeansJobs Columbus-Franklin County.
The REAN Virtual Hiring Event:
Wednesday August 4, 10 AM - 2 PM (Registration opens Friday, July 30)
The virtual hiring event will take place Wednesday, August 4 at 10am. You may register for the week of the event beginning Friday, July 30 at 8am at the link below. Participants will need to register for the event once it is available.
After registering, you will be directed to your profile to review and update your information and upload a resume through the 'add document' feature. Your registration link will return you to the event log-in portal to review your profile and access the event once it goes live on Wednesday, August 4. You can access the hiring event from 10am - 2pm that day. During the virtual hiring event, you can go through each participating employer booth, learn more about the company and apply for available positions.
Employers will be available to chat live with you throughout the event. This is your opportunity to ask them questions about their available positions and share information about your job experience.
