WIOA APPLICATION

INSTRUCTIONS:

The Career Services Team at the OhioMeansJobs Columbus-Franklin County Job Center provides individualized services to job seekers through funding provided by WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014).

 

Our Career Services Team is available to work one-on-one with job seekers to assist with developing an individualized employment plan, exploring the current job market, assisting with resume development, exploring training opportunities, and much more! Funding for training and supportive services may also be available to those who qualify.

 

To get started, we recommend you attend one of our Orientations to learn all about the services available within the Job Center. You can schedule to attend one of our Orientations by registering here

 

To begin the application process for enrollment with our Career Services Team, please follow the following steps:

 

If you have a PC:

  • Download and save this WIOA Application Packet to your computer.

  • Complete the entire packet and save it using the following steps to not lose your work:

    • Open Print Dialogue Window​​

    • Choose Microsoft “Print to PDF” under the Printer Dropdown

    • Click the Print Button

    • Rename and save by adding your first and last name to the end of the file name

    • Please send an email to info@omjcfc.org. Place “Career Services Application” in the subject line. Be sure to provide your name and phone number in the email and let us know you have completed the application and want to talk to somebody about enrollment. 

PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL THE APPLICATION PACKET

 

A member of our team will contact you within 1 to 2 business days to discuss the next steps in the enrollment process. We will also provide you with a secure link to upload your application packet through DropBox. We will also provide information on the other documents needed for enrollment.

Phone support for program enrollment is available between the hours of 9AM and 4PM Monday through Friday.  ​
