The Woman at Work Career Accelerator Program is the first-of-its kind, cohort-style program designed exclusively for women impacted by the COVID 19 pandemic, residing in Franklin County and ready to pursue new and improved job prospects, earning potential and training opportunities, this 10-week innovative program is for you!

Program participants will receive support and have access to.

  • Transformative Life and Career Transition Coaching provided by certified life coaches, social workers, and career coaches ready to help you realize your opportunities and chart a plan to your full potential.
  • Innovative personality assessment tools help you identify and leverage your superpowers to fuel your career dreams and goals.
  • Beautiful headshots by professional photographers – Free of Cost – to help you put your best foot forward.
  • Access to Dress for Success clothing and accessories to help you feel confident and have the “look.”
  • Personalized introductions and meetings with hiring companies offering competitive wages, benefits, and company culture designed to meet your needs.
  • Program completion stipend because your time and energy are valued and important.
